PRAE is a small team, so there is one address and it is read by the people who build the product. Write to us about a pilot or design partnership, a security review, press, or anything the software did that it should not have.
We answer within two working days (Sunday to Thursday, Israel time). For a pilot or a design partnership, say which agents you run — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, custom agents, MCP servers — and which actions you most want held or refused: that is where the first conversation starts.
Security reports
A vulnerability in prae-gate, prae-cli, the Command Center or this site goes to the same address with “security” in the subject, or follow the channel published in /.well-known/security.txt. Please include the package version, a reproduction, and whether you believe the gate let a call through that the policy should have held or refused. We acknowledge within two working days and tell you what we found.
